Binance May Be Blocked in the Philippines

I am speechless. The Philippines has clearly blocked Binance from being promoted. Well, it must be nothing more than blocking the website domains related to Binance, which is a disguised statement that it will not advertise for the exchange and only wants to engage in its gambling.
