I don't believe the Philippines will really shut down BC; it's only a few months away, so just wait and see. Let's see what happens at the end of the year. If it really closes, then I'll continue in other countries (might even go to the US, but it's not decided yet). If it doesn't close, then it will be easier to find a job since so many people have left.
