1. Must have an emergency fund - enough to cover 6 months of expenses/current living standards.

2. Save money, money will protect you. Do not spend the remaining money to save, only spend the money left after saving.

3. It is best to have no debt, if you cannot pay in cash, you cannot afford it, nothing is more important than peace of mind.

4. Avoid unnecessary expenses, forget about discount prices, everything is 100% free when you don't buy. Do not waste money on things you do not need, even if they are cheap. Every dollar counts!

5. Learn to budget - this is telling your money where to go, not wondering where it went!

6. If we buy things we do not need, we will have to sell things we need.

7. Pretending to be rich will make us poor. Must learn to live within our means. Do not go bankrupt trying to look wealthy. Have a practical spending capacity.
