I've been holding this thought for a long time: in countries and regions where the gambling industry is legal, it's always unclear which laws should be followed. This issue is quite complicated; the boundaries seem to exist but are faint. In discussions with people not involved in gambling, they believe that as long as the operation is low-key and does not cross the government's "red lines," despite being under dual regulation, there should be no problem. Perhaps this is the best of both worlds.
