The company I interviewed with initially offered one salary, but the offer letter showed a different, lower amount. After much negotiation, they finally agreed to the original figure, but then they reduced the salary after I joined. Upon joining, they taught us how to evade headhunter fees, and when leaving, they even calculated compensation for the headhunter. After resigning, they deducted my salary for various reasons, as if they were just exploiting me.
