I'm so tired, I expedited the passport process, and originally, the agent was supposed to pick it up for me this afternoon and mail it after confirming the information was correct. However, after waiting all afternoon, the agent told me that the embassy has just decided that all passports cannot be picked up on behalf of others. If it's urgent, I need to pick it up myself; if not, it's very likely that I'll still need to pick it up myself in a week or two... Totally speechless. Now I have to go to Shanghai to pick it up myself, take time off on a weekday, travel back and forth, and incur additional expenses. I'm really tired...
