Last night when I used the app to call a taxi, I only had 100+P left, just enough for one ride. The transaction failed, so I tried again but couldn't initiate the transaction. When I checked the balance, the failed charges were not refunded. Since the charges are deducted first, if the ride fails or is canceled, the money may not be correctly refunded. I hadn't noticed this before and hope everyone will pay more attention to avoid losses.
