Exposing Xixi Brothers BBQ, a few days ago my friend ordered from Brothers BBQ, I ordered sauce ribs + Mao blood hotpot. The sauce ribs were shared between my friend and me, out of 6 pieces, 2 had pig hair, 1 had human hair, the photos are very clear. It's already like this in the Philippines, and you still mess up like this. Although your handling attitude was quite good, when I asked for a full refund, you immediately acted indifferent. It's really not about the money, it's about how infuriating the situation is. You even told me next time it would be free, but will there even be a next time?
