I want to complain about this Emperor View Plaza. Since moving in three months ago, for two and a half months it's been nothing but constant noise. The noise isn't even from renovations; it's either a water pipe leaking in one apartment or a drain leaking in another. I wouldn't say much about weekdays, but the noise continues even on weekends. For those looking to rent here, be very cautious.
