I had to downgrade the 9g visa processing, but after paying for the downgrade, they returned the passport and simply said they wouldn't process it without explaining why. They couldn't clarify in English either; they just said they wouldn't do it and wouldn't refund the money. The company isn't bad, it's the property management that's really corrupt, extremely corrupt, and it seems they might target other companies next.
