Everyone knows the current situation in the Philippines. I am currently on a 9G downgrade and my tourist visa cannot be extended, which just expired in September. I am preparing to go back. I want to go to the immigration bureau to handle the visa overstay and process the ECC myself. Could someone experienced give me some advice on what needs to be handled and what the overall process is like? Thank you.
