There have been several random kidnappings near TwoCentral before, and recently there are police every day at the entrance of 2C, seemingly armed with rifles. It appears they are really starting to take it seriously. As the saying goes, there's something unusual, there must be a demon; it's likely that someone in Makati has been kidnapped again and then reported it.
