A former classmate of mine noticed that the betting odds at his university's gambling company were slowly changing. Is this something that can be observed manually? Constantly checking the odds and observing changes seems quite tedious, but I can't find any tools related to this. Does anyone know of any?

Are you working for The Prop Professor? It's quite profitable. It essentially scans every betting line for all sports events across all major betting companies, looking for anomalies in the odds, especially noticeable when the betting companies are slow to adjust their odds.
