Many people did not cancel their ACR I-Card after downgrading their 9G visa to save money, resulting in overdue penalties and the need to cancel the I-Card and pay fines during customs clearance. It is advisable to conduct a detailed 9G inquiry before ECC. There are also cases of people appearing on a blacklist with the same name, requiring an NTSP, and only with the original NTSP document can they exit the country.
