Previously, a Taiwanese went to the Philippines to work as a visa officer, and later started his own business, establishing a company that combined visa and travel services. A few years later, by chance, he met some friends in the gambling industry and entered the gambling circle, gathering some money to start his own platform. Following the industry boom, the company developed rapidly and later sponsored Serie A and many European football teams, reaching its peak.
