In 2019, I came to the Philippines with a visa on arrival from Cambodia. The previous company had already helped me convert it to a 9G visa, and I have already downgraded it before. I have changed to a 9G visa with two different companies, and the second 9G visa has been overdue for four months without being downgraded. Can I downgrade my visa and return to my country, or is deportation the only option? I have checked and I am not on the blacklist.
