When I was living in JAZZ, the deposit was refunded by a Filipino intermediary. Out of the 48,000P deposit, 6,000P was deducted for the sofa and bed damage, as well as painting fees, and no other charges were taken, leaving me with 42,000P refunded. However, the domestic intermediary cheated me out of one month's deposit. In the end, I had to block the door of their agency to get my deposit back.
