It feels a bit like Thailand, with the resort being a gathering place for gambling tycoons. But it's indeed hard to notice just one person there, and no one seems to report or suspect the presence of Chinese people at the resort. Especially with parties going on, this resort is somewhat wronged, becoming a scapegoat for pogo operations.
