When I checked my Huiwang wallet while ordering takeout at noon, I couldn't directly pay with the over 100 USD I had, so I chose to pay with cash instead. In the evening, a friend transferred some USDT to me via Huiwang. When I checked my balance, I mysteriously found over 10 USD missing. If my friend had transferred USD instead, I might not have even noticed. Their customer service was extremely arrogant; they hung up after just a few words. It's not a lot of money, but it's frustrating to have it disappear without reason. Moreover, their customer service script is just like what scammers use, telling you to check your statements, but since the backend system is controlled by their company, they can alter it however they want, making it impossible to find any discrepancies.
