Exposure of KY Technology Center, recently due to continuous persuasions to return home domestically, coupled with some policy issues in the Philippines, I had to ask the leadership to help with the termination process, hoping to return to the country as soon as possible.

The exit interview was contacted by the company three days before my return to the country. They mentioned arranging a shuttle bus or an online interview, which was possible. Given the public safety issues in the Philippines, which are well known, it's too dangerous to even think about going out, let alone taking a taxi by oneself. Everyone knows how unsafe it is, but the exit interview personnel insisted on going in person without ensuring safety. Later, the exit interview personnel just read the messages and did not reply.

After returning to the country, I was notified to pick up my passport. I indicated that I had already returned and was just waiting for the salary to be paid. After a long wait for the pay slip, the performance bonus was gone. I thought it was just deducted, but then they refused to pay the salary altogether, citing non-participation in the exit interview as the reason.

Is it that they are not paying the salary because the resignation process has not been completed? Old trick.

I'm glad you're back in the country, it's too unsafe in the Philippines, and I'm afraid to go out.

It's outrageous, the domestic persuasion combined with policy issues in the Philippines makes wanting to return home a natural feeling. The company does not consider the safety of employees and even manipulates their salaries. Isn't this bullying?
