Philippine police are crazy about money. I am a legitimate businessman, and I was just driving a very localized Japanese car under this bridge. I don't know if they have night vision goggles, but they could tell I was Chinese and stopped me without mentioning any violations, just asking for my documents. Then, a leader came over and asked if I could speak the local language or English, to which I replied I couldn't.

The officer who took my documents wanted to confiscate them directly and asked for money. I asked for his ID number because I wanted to report him. The leader nodded and then apologized to me, and returned my documents and let me go. I just want to remind all brothers in foreign lands not to be timid; these dogs are really crazy about money and drool over Chinese people like dogs drool over bones with meat. Lastly, I wish everyone safety and prosperity.
