The Philippines, this foolish country, blames gambling for the prevalence of kidnappers. They don't reflect on themselves. Why can kidnappers be released in just two or three months after being caught if they pay? This has made these kidnappers increasingly bold. Don't mock those who go to Thailand, Cambodia, or Dubai. Those who stay in the Philippines should inquire more, as recently quite a few people have been kidnapped, many of which have not been exposed!
