I have been abroad for over 5 years and haven't returned home. Then I went to Vietnam for a trip and had my parents come from China to Vietnam as well. At the airport, they were taken away by the airport police for questioning. They were asked about having a direct relative staying abroad for a long time and what their purpose was in coming here. Then, they were advised not to travel abroad and were eventually allowed to leave. They were also told to ask me to return and not to stay abroad for long periods; I could leave again after returning. Has anyone else experienced this situation? Thank you.
