A client informed me that they transferred 792,000 pesos to my Bai Ma Hui account in exchange for USDT.

October 3, 2024, 22:10

Bai Ma Hui customer service called me to notify that this transaction was fraudulently obtained by a scammer from others. I cooperated with Bai Ma Hui staff and provided the necessary information to assist in the investigation.

The balance of 3,561,561 in my Bai Ma Hui account was completely frozen without any prior notice from the official Bai Ma Hui. Additionally, my account details were suspected to have been disclosed to a third party.

Bai Ma Hui's solution was for me to bear the loss of the amount, refund 792,000 P to the victim, in order to unfreeze the balance of 3,561,561.

The exchange between USDT and pesos is a low-margin industry; this transaction barely made 2000 P, yet Bai Ma Hui froze all the funds.

For over a month now, no one from Bai Ma Hui's management has contacted me; I have only been in touch with front desk customer service who provide generic responses and continue to report back, but there are no results or progress updates, no other solutions, and no timeline for resolution, leaving the account indefinitely frozen.

After more than a month, the inaction of Bai Ma Hui's officials has left me with no recourse. I am sharing this to remind my fellow citizens to protect their account security.

Attached are all chat logs and phone recordings with them.

I owe an explanation to my client, and we can no longer trust Bai Ma Hui.

I also remind everyone that earning money is hard, do not easily trust anyone on the internet.

However, I don't know what the situation is now, having an account is also useless.

If we do it this way, who would dare to continue using it?

The Philippines currently has a baffling phenomenon that I also find incomprehensible. It involves a group of people, from top officials to ordinary citizens, who prefer to deposit their money in private banks like Jiuding or Baima Club, which lack any backing from credible institutions. At any mome

Yes, I've seen people who have tens of millions of P on Jiuding, and I totally don't understand it.
