Recently, there have been two consecutive extortion incidents targeting Chinese individuals. The suspects are from the Philippine military and police forces. The occurrence of so many absurdities in one operation is abnormal. Moving the camera away, releasing the detained individuals, and complaints from Chinese people about extortion—all these factors together lead us to an obvious conclusion.
