A black company in the Myawaddy Century Park, officially named Zhi Cheng Group, owns two quadrangle courtyards within the park. I joined this company in July 2023. The company is engaged in precision chatting. Initially, they claimed the company was very humane, but it turned out to be a trap with no humanity at all. They start pressuring employees if there are no performances; if there's no lead generation for the day, employees are forced to run on the playground, carry large water buckets while doing deep squats, walk like ducks, or even strip and lie on the ground. Punishments last for 2-3 hours. If office performance is poor, they start beating and harshly punishing employees to break their spirits. Most of the employees are deceived and coerced into joining, and many who meet the company's compensation requirements still cannot leave. Any employee daring to resign faces severe beatings until they say they won't leave. They hired about 20 Thai-Chinese workers, and the daily routine involved punishments and beatings. Even a minor mistake would result in getting hit with sticks, from team members to team leaders, if their monthly performance was poor. By the end of the year, the property management asked to hand over the useless people. Initially, the company claimed they did not engage in human trafficking, but eventually, those 20 or so people standing on the playground were asked for a compensation of 280,000 yuan, which few families could afford. In the end, they were all packed and sold off. Those handed over to the property management had to first settle the company's compensation before paying an additional 60,000 yuan for travel expenses to go home.

Fortunately, my family managed to gather enough money for me to safely return home. Now, I only want the extra compensation money that was given. I hope the company management and agents handle this, otherwise, the next thing I'll publish will be all the real information about the company's operations and its management and agents.
