I've been in Sihanoukville for several years and have visited many spas, including some in Phnom Penh, but they all seem quite average. Could any experienced folks recommend a spa that meets the above standards?

Phnom Penh has a nice place called Xiaoyao Palace.
My friend asked me to find out where this is available.
The higher the consumption, the more extravagant the play, with equivalent pricing.
Otherwise, you should start one yourself, so you can truly enjoy it.
I'm not very familiar with Phnom Penh.
