Millions of pesos went down the drain, but it doesn't concern the horse.
Once illegal land transactions by foreigners in the Philippines are identified, the land ownership will revert to the state without compensation, which is too overbearing.
The Philippine government is simply a rogue and a bandit, regardless of whether it targets Chinese people or not.
