I heard that TCEU has been specifically targeting Chinese people coming to the Philippines with tourist visas recently. Has anyone with a tourist visa landed in the Philippines and been detained by TCEU but still managed to enter the country successfully? Does being investigated by TCEU mean a 100% chance of being denied entry?
