Chopstick Life is really frustrating.

The customer service of Chopstick Life only passes the buck. I ordered dumplings once and they were not cooked properly. After negotiation, the money for the dumplings was refunded to my account.

However, I only received 280p. When I asked how to use it, the Chopstick customer service told me to contact the restaurant when ordering takeout, and the cost would be deducted from the balance. But I contacted the restaurant twice and both times they were slow to respond. Image 4 is a screenshot showing the restaurant's delayed response.

I understand that the restaurant might indeed be busy, but refunding the money to the Chopstick balance is really inconvenient for me. I usually use WeChat or Alipay for ordering, so why can't the refund go directly to my original account?

This is really disgusting. Image 5 shows that the refunded balance is not automatically deducted. Contacting customer service only leads to being told to contact this and that, which is supposed to be convenient but actually makes things more inconvenient.

280p is not a lot, but it's still frustrating. Which merchants would deliver items that cost less than 280p?
