Everyone, beware of a terrible logistics service!

I shipped items from China to the Philippines through a company previously called Owl, now named Big Butler, legally represented by Liu Rìguì! I used their air shipping service in mid-August and the issue remains unresolved to this day! All they do is ask you to wait and keep delaying.

They continue to advertise without resolving the problem, so let them get famous on TV for the wrong reasons. As a long-time customer who has used their service for nearly 10,000 shipments, if not 8,000, this is how they treat their clients. I advise everyone to steer clear of this service!!
