China and Cambodia's judicial departments recently held talks to strengthen cooperation and promote the transfer of sentenced individuals. In the future, Chinese nationals convicted of crimes in Cambodia may be transferred to serve their sentences in China. In other words, if someone commits murder in Cambodia, will they be sent back to China to "eat peanuts"?
