I just returned from Cambodia and was looking to rent a place. I found this landlord who offered a three-bedroom apartment for 3800 yuan per month, with a deposit and three months' payment upfront. Then today, after I posted on my social circle, he saw my comment there.

He told me I looked very cute, and although I ignored his message initially, he messaged me again saying I was very beautiful. He then suggested that I come over so he could have a go at me, in exchange for waiving the rent and utilities. What should I do about this?
