Damn, it seems like all the drivers in Cambodia are bandits or thugs now. Either they collude with the police to extort money or they gang up to rob you. I took a Move ride in Phnom Penh, and while heading home in the early hours, three SUVs surrounded us. Before I could react, the car doors were yanked open, and I was forcibly dragged out by burly men in police uniforms. After taking the money, they even filmed a video to threaten me.
