Sihanoukville Entertainment City failed to credit the account after three deposits, direct blackout?

The first deposit took 3 hours to be credited after exposure, the second deposit was made in the morning, and despite multiple confirmed and correct submissions, it failed to be credited. Customer service only asked for screenshots. It wasn't until nine hours later in the evening that the deposit was credited after another submission. Today, for the third time, despite confirming the deposit and submitting the correct information twice, it still has not been credited.
