Fellow Chinese in the Philippines, please be cautious. Currently, traffic police or PNP officers might stop you immediately upon seeing you to inquire if you are Chinese. If identified as Chinese, they will detain you and hand you over to the immigration for investigation. Yesterday, I personally experienced being stopped and investigated three times. Fortunately, I have legal status which prevented me from being detained.
