The largest POGO center in the Philippines, located in Palawan, has shut down. Before dispersing the 18,000 Filipino employees of the "Island Bay Resort," the resort owner Kim Wong distributed a total of 3 billion pesos (note, that's 3 billion!) in severance pay!!
