How to distinguish between legitimate and illegitimate U?

1. Each blockchain has its blacklist, you can check these addresses when you are free.

2. Do not touch the U from addresses of runaway projects, although some are not marked, they are definitely not clean. (Note that this year, some project addresses of animal coins need attention)

3. Do not be greedy for small cheap gains, many black productions, runaway, and scammed U will be dealt with at a low price, the industry term is called "underflowing U". Some clean U might underflow a bit in urgent need of cash, but do not touch excessively underflowed U. For example: if the bulk price of normal U is 7, someone offering it at 6.9 might not be a big problem. But if someone offers it at 6.5 or lower, please be cautious, it's easy to be trapped.

4. When going through OTC, it's best to deal with old merchants, preferably those who have been in business for over five years and have everything certified. Avoid those who have been in business for just a few weeks or months, as this reduces the risk.

5. When buying U, if possible, go through an exchange, as exchanges have their risk departments, while going directly through wallets poses a greater risk.

6. Pay attention to transfers between wallets as well, because there are old and new wallets, which you can tell by checking their addresses. Prefer old wallets over new ones. Reason: marked wallets can transfer out but cannot receive transfers, and most criminals tend to use new wallets for transactions since new wallets have fewer records, which is more convenient for them.

7. Avoid coins from small exchanges, as there are "bosses" who specifically use small exchanges for money laundering.

In summary: If you know the law and do not violate it, then there should be no big issue. If you know the law and still violate it, sooner or later you will be caught.

The harm of "black U" is intolerable, even Tether will step in to mark it, so try to avoid it as much as possible, and don't get yourself into trouble by being greedy for small gains without making money in the crypto circle.
