Has OKADA Casino also started to fleece customers?

I've been gambling in casinos for nearly 10 years and have never seen anything like this. The dealer deals the cards, the fourth card is a black card, and the last card cut is dealt to the banker. The player has a pair of 7s, 4 points. The banker has 10-9, 9 points. The banker wins!!! The banker wins!!! The banker wins!!! However, the screen shows the player wins, player 7 points, banker 6 points. The dealer's dealing order was correct, all the players present saw it clearly, and the dealer himself confirmed it, no mistakes were made. But they refused to pay out, checked the surveillance and insisted there were no issues, the machine was not at fault. They wouldn't let us see the video. They wouldn't even refund the original bets. The customers were about to explode, this is just blatant robbery without reason.
