The first method: At the entrance of the park, the fleet picks up the person and drives a few hundred meters, then your fleet vehicle will be stopped, and the personnel will be taken away.

The second method: If it is to pick up inside the park, the person is already on the vehicle and photos have been sent to you. At this point, you transfer the money. Once the transfer is successful, immediately block and delete all records. When your fleet is about to depart, the person's company has not received the money, and at this point, the fleet cannot leave the park. The person must be called down from the vehicle, and the fleet ultimately leaves empty.

The third method: The company's HR collaborates with external personnel, and if no money is received, the personnel must get off the vehicle. The best way is to transfer the money to the company (report the vehicle and personnel entering and exiting for this person), determine the compensation amount with a resignation form, have the responsible person sign it, and then transfer the commission to the intermediary!

The introducer has neither entered the park nor stayed in the park, and blocks contact immediately upon receiving the money, even if the client has already paid and the intermediary has sent you videos and pictures of the person boarding the vehicle. Once the money is transferred, they block contact.

Be cautious, especially towards the end of the year, and in various regions including Cambodia and others.
