Exposure of Makati, The Lerato Tower 3 - 4416
My housing contract lasts until January 31, 2025, but I want to terminate the lease early. So, I went to the property management to get a move-out certificate, and they started making all sorts of trouble!
First, the landlord asked me to go to The Lerato property office to collect the water bill. Then, she gave me a bill for the period from October 1 to November 1, amounting to 234.13 PHP, of which I had already paid 220 PHP.
Having lived in Lerato for a year and a half, I have kept all the water bill receipts, and I had a surplus in my account from the previous months. Later, when I checked the water bill receipts myself, I found that the property management had overcharged me by 90 PHP.
The property management also said that to get the move-out certificate, I would need to prepay the water fees for the remaining two months, which would be 700 pesos.
WTF?! Okay, fine. Logically, excluding the 220 pesos I had already paid, I still owed 480 pesos. But then she handwrote a receipt for me, stating that I needed to pay an additional 671.58 PHP!
She also told me that if I didn't settle and prepay the water fees for these two months, she wouldn't process my move-out certificate.
Then, when this money-grabbing property manager calculated the bill, I confirmed with her again whether the two months were indeed 700 PHP? She said yes and asked me to transfer the money directly. I didn't have a bank account to transfer the money, so I deposited 700 PHP directly into their property account through a 711 machine.
I plan to send a complaint to their property management every day about this money-grabbing situation!
I guess I'm not the only one being scammed! There must be many others who are planning to move out soon and will encounter the same situation. Beware of the Lerato pitfall!!!
Additionally, the landlord's name is MALU, who owns many units in Lerato!!!

Ah, it got exposed at 700p, huh?
Philippine pigs are like this.
There isn't a single property management that isn't corrupt.
You are also silly. If you terminate the lease, forget about the deposit. First, secure a good apartment, then gradually move your belongings out. In the last month, don't pay for electricity or water to minimize losses. Most importantly, use a fake passport when renting; just have someone Photoshop
He's so stingy, might as well be dead.
Uh, this is indeed quite infuriating, but it's just a few hundred yuan in total, really no need to make a big deal out of it.

You're such a fool, babbling on and on, I only charged you a few hundred P, not taking tens of thousands is already being nice.
He looks just like Zhu Bajie.
