Golden Triangle Special Zone, I bought a BMW on December 13th and took it to Mobil 1 for repairs on the same day. The car needed repairs for the front windshield, the central air conditioning swing button, the passenger sun visor mirror, and the passenger seat mount button. The entire car was covered in a glossy black "Black Knight" car wrap. After agreeing on the repair items and getting a quote of 20,000, I was told that the parts would be mailed in three to four days and the repairs would take three days, about a week in total. I paid the repair fee that day. A week later, when I inquired about the car, I was told that the parts had not arrived yet, and I was also advised that the glossy black car wrap did not look good and was recommended to switch to a matte black wrap, which could be replaced in three days for normal use. However, while other parts had not arrived, the car wrap had. This was a funny point. Three days later, when I picked up the car, I was told that there was not enough car wrap, and only the surroundings were covered. I asked if I could drive normally, and the person in charge told me I could. The next day, the car wrap exploded, began to shrink, and I asked why this was happening. They told me it was because I was in too much of a hurry, so they asked me to bring the car back for repairs. I said I would wait until the glass arrived. Two days later, the glass arrived, and I took the car for repairs. I was told I could pick up the car three days later. Today, when I went to pick it up, I was told that besides the car wrap and windshield, the other parts could not be fixed and needed to be replaced with larger parts. A single seat button was broken, and they asked me to replace the entire seat. This completely blew me away. After getting the car back, I found that the car wrap still had bubbles. Every word they said was true, and if there was a single lie, my whole family would die. I don't even want the remaining money on my membership card anymore. You guys are really professional.

I hope everyone can avoid this, don't be fooled by others, everyone repairs cars hoping they can be fixed properly. I suggest you find other garages for repairs, sending it to their garage means sending it somewhere else for repairs.
