Chinese man's murder case solved! Killer arrested: Shot first, then dismembered.

According to Cambodian media reports, the police in Banteay Meanchey Province, Cambodia, announced that the suspect in the "12·29 Poipet China Hotel Suitcase Murder Case" has been arrested.

Local police revealed that after the incident, the police successfully intercepted the Chinese suspect, Weng Shanchi (transliterated), at the Cambodian-Thai border.

After interrogation, the suspect confessed that he indeed shot and killed his friend, A Xiang, because A Xiang forced him to take out $300 to buy drugs. Additionally, A Xiang demanded a repayment of $300,000, which led to an argument and the fatal shooting. The suspect then dismembered the body and packed it into a suitcase. The case is currently being further processed.
