The Chinese New Year is approaching, and having earned a bit of money, I'm considering traveling but am concerned about safety. I have 5 questions to ask everyone:

1. If someone is fleeing the internet or has a red notice, and they travel to Hong Kong without landing in mainland China during the New Year, will they be apprehended?

2. Internet fugitives can be checked through archives. Is there a way to check if someone is on a red notice?

3. It is said that internet fugitives can travel to some countries without issues. Are there any countries where problems might occur?

4. If one is transiting through Hong Kong, do Hong Kong and mainland China have access to the flight passenger information?

5. I am currently considering applying for a foreign passport. Are there any particularly cost-effective recommendations?

Get a passport and check out Central America, not sure if it still works.

Ordinary internet fugitives are generally fine, as there is no international warrant issued.
If they are Class A or B international fugitives, then they are detained.

Waiting for Hong Kong to become independent, then you can go to Hong Kong 🇭🇰.
Currently, Hong Kong is merely equivalent to a city in mainland China.
All information is shared, including the flight information of all passengers.
As early as the fourth quarter of 2017, it was already directly manag

You're making quite a bit, even considering these things.

Returning to the country is bound to cause trouble.
