The first thing I noticed when I had just rented a house was about the local people in the community ordering takeout. The delivery riders would place the orders on the benches in the community. At first, I was curious, "Doesn't anyone steal them?" After observing for a while, it turns out that no one really does 😂 It seems that the locals in Thailand have pretty good morals.
The second thing is because I work from home every day, I hardly have any time to exercise. I suffer from back and waist pain from sitting all day. Last night, after finishing work at around 11 PM, I suddenly felt like going out for a walk. I walked about 2 kilometers from where I live, and on my way back, a Thai police officer on a motorcycle stopped me and asked where I lived. After I told him, he actually gestured for me to sit on the back of his motorcycle to give me a ride home 😳😳 This really shocked and moved me, guys. Can you imagine what would happen in the Philippines in this situation??
I'm not in HR, nor am I persuading anyone to come to Thailand. But what I'm sharing is the real situation and my personal experience. I came to Thailand because I couldn't stand the worsening security situation in the Philippines. I wish everyone safety.
