Exposure of a certain group's technical department backend leader exploiting employees' hard-earned money

Yesterday, Limingde bravely exposed the exploitation of employees by the director's company during a live broadcast, which deeply moved me. He dared to expose his real name, and should I not even dare to complain anonymously? This has made me decide to stand up and speak out, especially about the big leader of backend technology, ALEX!!

Background of the incident:

Due to the Philippines banning POGO, our company adjusted its policies, and we were arranged to move to Thailand. To cooperate with the company, we even gave up our rental deposits willingly. However, the return we received was a continuous reduction in benefits.

Issues with reduced benefits:

Although we could tolerate the reduction in benefits, after communicating with colleagues from other departments, we discovered that their compensation had hardly changed. This inevitably led us to question where the root of the problem lay.

The answer gradually became clear: the leadership of the backend department not only does not care about the employees but also exploits and oppresses them through various means. Now, remote working has become a hotbed for their corrupt practices.

Specific methods of deducting from employees:

Here are the specific situations I and other colleagues have learned about:

1. Deductions from housing and meal allowances:

The company was supposed to provide a housing allowance of 1000 yuan and a meal allowance of 500 yuan, totaling 1500 yuan, but the actual amount received by employees was only about 1200 yuan. Each employee was deducted 300 yuan.

2. Occupation of exchange rate differences:

The company issued salaries in Thai Baht at an exchange rate of 4.68, but the backend leadership calculated it at 4.6, not even sparing this small exchange rate difference.

3. Cancellation of performance coefficients:

The performance coefficients in other departments remained unchanged, always based on 20%, 30%, and 50% of the base salary for bonuses. However, the backend directly canceled the performance bonuses, replacing them with a very small amount of bonus subsidies. We worked hard for a month, but only received a little bonus, so where did the rest of the money go? The answer is obvious, all embezzled by them!

4. Excuses for restoring treatment:

The leadership claimed to have opened an office in a "godforsaken" small country and promised that working there would restore normal performance treatment. But this was just an excuse to shut us up, who would want to go to such a country, and what would happen there is unknown to anyone.

5. Disappearance of pay slips:

Other departments all have pay slips, but the backend does not. The reason is that the backend leadership is afraid that we will see the actual pay slips and find problems, and they are too lazy to even photoshop them, fearing leaving evidence.

Conclusion:

The big backend leader, ALEX, completely disregards the employees as human beings, not only oppressing them in the Philippines but also intensifying their exploitation in Thailand. With such small benefits, they still try to embezzle every bit, from a few hundred in subsidies to tens of thousands in performance money, not sparing even the salaries and benefits that employees deserve. In contrast, at least the leaders of other departments ensure that the treatment of employees remains unchanged. But what about big backend leader ALEX? Squandering the hard-earned money of employees, he is like a jackal! Do you feel at ease spending the money you embezzle?!

I hope the company's senior leaders take a look at how your department leaders operate. If this continues, these parasites will gradually hollow out the company, leading to disheartened employees and the eventual closure of the company.

I also had two months of salary withheld, and I'm preparing to gather information to take them down all at once.
