A PASA user found me in a TG group a few days ago and asked me a few questions. I'm sharing them here to help everyone understand:
1. Will there be any issues deploying KOLs in Brazil? Will we face any issues?
Deploying KOLs in Brazil could lead to legal issues as there have been many cases indicating that it is illegal to collaborate with unlicensed KOLs in Brazil. If advertisers can be traced, it is also illegal, and websites might be blocked. If you contacted the other party through a real-name system, you might also be traced and located.
2. Will there be any issues if I contact KOLs privately in Brazil? Will there be any issues if I use a SIM card?
Firstly, if you are targeting the Brazilian market without a license, we do not encourage you to work on-site in Brazil as it is very risky. Two years ago, there was already an incident where a company in São Paulo was raided. Contacting KOLs privately is fine as long as it's not done under your real name. Using a SIM card in the phone you use to contact KOLs is also not a problem, as the Brazilian authorities are not as capable as you might think, and telecommunications companies and platforms like FB may not cooperate. There is no need to worry.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. I will try my best to answer them, and you are also welcome to visit our homepage and join our TG discussion group at the bottom to discuss the industry together.

Thank you!!
Is Rose a girl? Then she understands the industry.

Haha, secret

Thank you, Rose, for sharing.

In the past two years, Brazil was still able to make money. Now, it's too difficult.

Brazil is very competitive, isn't it?

Now in Brazil, only KOLs can do it, right? Buying traffic is simply not feasible.

thx
Thank you for sharing
KOL got arrested, so what? As long as they're not in Brazil, they're safe.
The analysis is very thorough, thank you.
