Companies with a bit of humanity like 3R have already rested and disbanded. For those companies still operating, don't think you're safe just because you don't come to the office and can't be caught. All employees have been deported, and if a manager hasn't been caught, the domestic police will definitely spend time using big data to filter personnel for employees to identify. You can refer to places like 3+7 and Zone 3, which are very cautious about privacy. Even leaders have been found and are wanted. Only the bosses are far from the reach of the emperor, and both managers and employees are expendable.

If you have some money and are stuck in such an inhumane company, resign quickly. Now, if you get caught, you basically can't be bailed out, and staying in prison also costs money for food and accommodation. Without spending money, you're no better than a dog. If you don't have money and don't work, you'll starve to death, so just keep working and when you return to your country, you might end up in prison and point out your leaders. The police will definitely find a way to get their information as long as they have used Chinese apps. Spending a few months lying down won't cost 200,000 RMB.
