A Chinese man wielding a knife caused a disturbance and was brutally beaten by a group of people, with the incident caught on video.
On the evening of January 17th at 10:15 PM, in the Diamond Island area of Sangyuan District, Phnom Penh, a Chinese man entered a row house with a knife and then set fire to items inside the house before being arrested.
Shortly after the incident, local police were alerted and arrived at the scene to investigate. They apprehended the aforementioned Chinese man and took him to the Sangyuan District police station for processing.
According to the video leaked from the scene, the Chinese man was surrounded and beaten by multiple people wielding sticks.
