Since 2019, he has set up scam operations in the Philippines' Hongtai Park, No. 3 Park, and Banban Park, and has served as the head of the operation at Clark Building 234, personally profiting at least 30 million RMB!
During this period, he was involved in numerous heinous acts, including human trafficking, detaining people in small dark rooms, using electric shocks, beating, intimidating, exploiting lower-level employees, and deducting commissions and living expenses (even deducting as little as 2000 pesos), truly stopping at nothing. What's more infuriating is that when his company in Hongtai was investigated, it was the only one reported by the employees.
Currently, Li Jiacheng has moved to Cambodia and Thailand to continue setting up scam operations. His behavior is utterly inhumane, only exploiting his compatriots. A reminder to our fellow countrymen to be vigilant, stay away from this person and his controlled companies to avoid being deceived.
